Hey I am Jeanique

Welcome, I am so excited that you stopped by. I love The Classical Pilates Method, and I want to share everything I have learned to inspire your practice.

What are the basic 5 Pilates foundations exercises?

A good Pilates practice always begins with the ten basic Pilates foundations exercises to learn the fundamental movements and skills. Why? Because it’s exactly these skills that you will need to progress your practice to intermediate and advance. But first things first, let’s begin with the first five exercises.

The basic 5:

1) The Hundreds,

2) The roll-up,

3) The single leg circle,

4) The rolling like a ball,

5) The spine stretch.

Tips : Movement skills is key to Pilates
