Meet Yelena 

Yelena, a former professional ballerina with the Orina Dance Company, Dubai, graduated from The Pilates Center in Denver, Colorado and received an internationally recognized Advanced Pilates Teaching Diploma.

Inspired by the healing powers of Pilates that had helped her, Yelena embraced the role of instructor to help clients manage their postural and pain-related concerns.

Her wealth of experience in the field of movement gives her the unique ability to spot her client’s issues and explain how to fix them accurately.
