Hey I am Jeanique

Welcome, I am so excited that you stopped by. I love The Classical Pilates Method, and I want to share everything I have learned to inspire your practice.

Joe would be proud to see professional dancers since Romana still find Pilates to best body conditioning exercises. Not only to heal their own body but to also help them empower others to live a pain-free life. Meet Yelena former classical ballet dancer, ballet teacher, and mother of two.

Being a former classical ballet dancer and teacher, I want to expand my knowledge of the human body. To help myself and others have a healthy spine and therefore a healthier and happier life. Having spinal problems myself I know how important it is for people to have pain free life.  Pilates helps you to understand your body better and make you feel supple and young!
