Hey I am Jeanique

Welcome, I am so excited that you stopped by. I love The Classical Pilates Method, and I want to share everything I have learned to inspire your practice.

Nandini began her Pilates journey with us four years ago, right after the pandemic 🌟, and has been consistently attending three classes a week ever since 🗓️. Despite juggling a demanding job 💼 and raising two daughters 👩‍👧‍👧, she remains a committed and positive presence in our classes.

What we admire most about Nandini is her generosity and adaptability 💖. She’s always willing to share her favourite spot in the studio to make others feel comfortable 😊 and effortlessly embraces changes in class schedules. Whether stepping up to an intermediate class 💪 or returning to basics to perfect her fundamentals 🧘‍♀️, Nandini truly understands the value of continuous learning.

Recently, she volunteered as a practice body for one of our trainees 🤗, once again showcasing her supportive and giving nature.

Thank you, Nandini, for your unwavering dedication and kindness 🙏. We love having you as part of our community! 💕
